Who they are

JobTetris is a clever little tool solving a surprisingly big problem in the recruitment space. But their homepage wasn’t doing it justice. While the product itself earned rave reviews once people understood it, the original messaging confused visitors and cost them conversions. With a limited budget, we tackled just the homepage — rewriting it to clearly communicate value to their primary audience: recruiters.

  • Refocus the message — speak directly to recruiters, their main (and most valuable) audience.
  • Simplify the copy — explain the product in a way that made sense from the first scroll.
  • Set the tone — develop a voice that felt confident, clever, and startup-savvy.

  • Audience clarity: Trimmed references to jobseekers and employers to avoid mixed messaging.
  • Tone of voice: Crafted copy that felt sharp, smart, and easy to grasp — without dumbing it down.
