Sound like you?

→

You've got a small marketing team, and nobody's dedicated to content

Your juniors are keen, but they need someone senior to learn from

→

You're the only marketer, and content keeps sliding down the list

→

You're juggling freelancers & agencies instead of your work

What I take off your plate

I sit inside your team and run the content function, from the plan to what goes live.

Strategy & planning

What gets made, why and when, all tied back to what the business needs.

Writing where it counts

The pieces that need senior thinking, like key pages, exec content and anything complicated.

Managing the makers

Briefing, reviewing and steering your writers, freelancers and agencies.

Every channel

Website, blog, LinkedIn, email and sales material, all working together.

Getting it through sign-off

Working with legal, compliance and product so content ships on time.

Reporting

What's working, what isn't, and what we're changing because of it.

Included in the price

Plus the team behind me

When the work needs extra hands, I bring in freelancers I trust. Designers, video editors, schedulers and extra writers, all included.

You deal with one person. I brief them, manage them and make sure it's right before it gets to you.

Design

Graphics, lead magnets, social assets and anything that needs to look the part.

Video

Editing and short clips for LinkedIn, campaigns and exec content.

Scheduling

Getting posts and emails out the door on time, every time.

Copywriting

Extra writers for busier months, briefed and edited by me.

How it starts

Most teams start with a stocktake, and plenty add the strategy. Already got a plan you like? We'll build on it.

Month one

Stocktake & strategy

I look at everything you've got, work out what's worth keeping, and build the plan we'll run with.

About the stocktake
Month two

Settle in & start shipping

I get into your tools, meet your team, line up the freelancers and get the first work out the door.

Every month after

Plan, make, report, repeat

Content goes out, results come back, and the plan gets sharper as we learn what works.

What it looks like in practice

“
Alice is, without exaggeration, one of the best I've ever worked with. No task is too big, too complicated, too annoying or even too small. She gets in and gets it done with enthusiasm and great care.

Questions people ask

What does a fractional content lead do?

A fractional content lead sits inside your team part-time and runs your content function. That means setting the strategy, writing and briefing content, managing writers and agencies, getting work through sign-off, and reporting on what's working.

How much does a fractional content lead cost?

My fractional content lead engagements start from $9,500 + GST a month. That includes a team of freelancers for design, video, scheduling and extra copywriting, with a minimum four-month engagement.

Do you write the content or just direct it?

Both. I write where senior thinking makes the difference, like key pages, exec content and anything complex. For higher-volume work, I brief and edit your writers or my freelancers.

What's included with the freelancer team?

Designers, video editors, schedulers and extra writers, brought in when the work needs them and included in the monthly fee. You deal with me, and I manage them.

How long is the minimum engagement?

Four months. That's enough time to get the foundations in place and see results. Most teams stay well beyond that.

Can you work with our existing agency or freelancers?

Yes. I'll lead the work so they get clearer briefs and stronger direction, which usually means better output.

How do we get started?

Most teams start with a stocktake, and many add the strategy, in month one. If you've already got a plan you're happy with, we'll build on it and get straight into the work.

Ready to hand over the content?

Book a call and we'll work out what I'd own, and where we'd start.
